Withdrawals, Fees & Payouts

- The minimum withdrawal amount is €5.
- You can only withdraw funds that have moved into your Available Balance — funds still marked as Funds Held (awaiting buyer confirmation or the post-payment review period) cannot be withdrawn.
- A service fee is deducted from every withdrawal, based on the withdrawal amount:
- Up to €100: 6%
- €100.01–€300: 5.5%
- €300.01–€500: 5%
- Above €500: 4.6%
In addition, a fixed transfer fee of €1.25 applies to every withdrawal request.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved manually by our team — payouts are not instant. Once approved, funds are transferred to the IBAN you provide.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the IBAN, account holder name, and BIC you submit. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account due to information you provided.
- If a withdrawal request is rejected or fails, the amount is automatically returned to your Available Balance.
